Property title deeds of total value of real estate ≥ AED 1 million (if using property option). Bank statements and a letter from the bank confirming a fixed deposit of AED 1 million (if using savings) provided that it is transferred and deposited in any financial institution in the country within (60) sixty days from the date of issuance of the residency, except for the event that he invests the value of the deposit inside the country. Pension statements or letters proving an income of 240k AED per year from pensions or investments (if using income option), bank account statement for the last (6) six months.
