Real estate investor visa — what you need to know

Allows the real estate investor owning a property to apply for a renewable residence visa without a sponsor or employment requirement.

Features

  • The property must be registered in the applicant’s name

  • The property must be fully completed and suitable for habitation

  • An income of at least AED 10,000 per month or proof of sufficient financial means for the entire period of residence is required

  • The duration of the residence permit depends on the selected programme and emirate

  • Application process: proof of property ownership and financial means → entry permit for the UAE → entry into the UAE or change of status within the country → medical examination → Emirates ID → obtaining the residence permit
