For digital nomads, remote workers, foreign talent, and freelancers who wish to live and work in Thailand. Requires proof of employment or freelance work, such as an employment contract, certificate, or portfolio. Allows an extended stay in Thailand while continuing professional activities remotely. The visa is valid for up to 5 years, allowing the foreigner to stay in Thailand for up to 6 months at a time, and can be extended. Almost all Thai embassies around the world stopped accepting paper applications and switched to online visa processing.

Insurance policy for the entire period of stay, meeting the minimum mandatory or recommended requirements for the country.
Valid permanent resident status or proof thereof; all preliminary procedures for visa application have been completed.
