Investment visa — what you need to know
For foreign nationals who have made a qualifying investment of at least USD 200,000 in an active business approved by the Investment Commission, MOEA. Covers the investor and up to one additional person; additional visas issued for every extra USD 500,000 invested (maximum 7 persons total). Cannot be applied for by those who entered Taiwan without a visa, on a landing visa, or as blue-collar workers.

*Foreign official documents must be apostilled and legalized in accordance with the regulations of the country whose consular or diplomatic mission they are being submitted to. Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.
