For foreign nationals wishing to start or operate an innovative business in Taiwan. No need to establish a company before applying. Group applications (up to 3 team members) are permitted. Applicants must meet at least one qualification criterion related to funding, patents, incubator residency, competition awards, or government innovation grants.
