For unmarried foreign minor children under the age of 18 who wish to reside in Taiwan with a parent or grandparent who holds legal residence status (ARC, TARC, or equivalent). Also available for minors joining grandparents in certain circumstances. The sponsoring parent/guardian must be legally residing in Taiwan.
