Research visa — what you need to know
Visa for foreigners to engage in training, research, development, and innovation activities in Spain, such as research staff in science, technology, and innovation; researchers under agreements with public or private entities; or teaching staff hired by universities, higher education institutions, or research bodies. This visa grants the holder the right to reside in Spain for the duration of its validity.
