Under the Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF), a traveler may enter Singapore without a visa for up to 96 hours, provided they depart Singapore for a destination country and hold a confirmed onward ticket. It is important to note that entry into Singapore can be made by any mode of transport, but departure must be by air or sea. Additionally, the traveler must hold a valid visa or residence permit for one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the United States.

If the foreigner is from a country, or they recently travelled to a country that is at risk of yellow fever transmission.
