Visa for self-employment — what you need to know
Issued to foreign nationals for self-employment. The applicant must be registered in the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia as a shareholder in a company, as a sole proprietor, or as a sole or controlling shareholder in another form of business activity. Upon arrival in Serbia, the applicant must apply for a single permit (temporary residence and work permit). The single permit is granted for a period of up to 3 years.
