Family reunification visas — what you need to know
Granted to spouses, civil partners, and other family members of individuals lawfully residing in Serbia, including residence permit holders, Serbian citizens, and other eligible categories. The visa allows entry for family reunification. Upon arrival in Serbia, the applicant may apply for a temporary residence permit for family reunification. The residence permit is granted for a maximum period of 3 years, or until the expiry of the temporary residence permit, single permit, or asylum status of the foreign national with whom family reunification is sought, whichever occurs first.
