Issued to foreign nationals intended to undertake seasonal employment in Serbia in the agriculture, forestry, and fishing sectors. Photograph
Must be recent (taken within the last 6 months), in color, clear, and sized 35x45mm. The face should occupy 70-80% of the image, printed on high-quality, matte paper with a plain, light background. Hair must not cover the eyes or eyebrows. Headwear is not permitted unless worn for religious or medical reasons, and the full face must remain visible.
Visa application form
Official visa application form, completely filled and signed by the applicant. It may be submitted either online or as a printed copy when applying in person at a diplomatic-consular mission.

Invitation letter
An invitation letter from the employer in Serbia must include the inviter’s statement and guarantee, confirming that they accept responsibility for covering all costs related to the foreigner’s stay, as well as any expenses arising from the foreigner’s forced eviction from the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including possible placement in a shelter for foreigners, if such expenses cannot be recovered from the foreigner.
Registration certificate
An employer registration certificate issued by the Business Registers Agency within the last six months, confirming active business status. Alternatively, if the employer is not registered with that Agency, another valid registration document issued in the Republic of Serbia may be submitted.
Offer of employment
An offer to perform seasonal work must include the employer's details (name, address, registration number, activity code), a description of the seasonal job, the conditions and place of work, the expected duration of the engagement (up to 120 working days per year), the amount of remuneration as required by law, and the duration of daily and weekly rest periods.
Employer certificate
An employer certificate containing details about the accommodation address, living conditions, food, and similar arrangements.

Medical certificate
Applicants arriving from an area that the Ministry of Health has defined as affected by a pandemic must present either a certificate of vaccination or a medical note confirming that they have not contracted a contagious disease, despite their travel from that area.
