Granted to foreign nationals transferred within a company to work in a branch, representative office, or subsidiary company registered in the Republic of Serbia for a specified period. Applicants must have been employed abroad in managerial or specialist positions for at least one year. Extension of stay

Passport
Issued less than 10 years ago, with a validity period exceeding the duration of the visa by at least three months and with at least two blank pages.
Photograph
Must be recent (taken within the last 6 months), in color, clear, and sized 35x45mm. The face should occupy 70-80% of the image, printed on high-quality, matte paper with a plain, light background. Hair must not cover the eyes or eyebrows. Headwear is not permitted unless worn for religious or medical reasons, and the full face must remain visible.
Visa application form
Official visa application form, completely filled and signed by the applicant. It may be submitted either online or as a printed copy when applying in person at a diplomatic-consular mission.

Invitation letter
An invitation letter from the employer in Serbia must include the inviter’s statement and guarantee, confirming that they accept responsibility for covering all costs related to the foreigner’s stay, as well as any expenses arising from the foreigner’s forced eviction from the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including possible placement in a shelter for foreigners, if such expenses cannot be recovered from the foreigner.
Registration certificate
Proof of the employer’s registration in the Republic of Serbia (registration certificate).
Proof of employment
Confirmation from the foreign employer stating that the applicant has been employed for at least one year in managerial or specialist positions within specific fields, accompanied by its certified translation.
Assignment order
Act of a foreign employer on referring a foreign citizen to the Republic of Serbia for temporary work at managerial or specialist jobs for certain fields, along with a certified translation of that document.

Current immigration or residence status
National passport or ID card; residence permit or other document confirming the right to legally reside in the country of residence, if it differs from the one stated in the applicant's passport.
Medical certificate
Applicants arriving from an area that the Ministry of Health has defined as affected by a pandemic must present either a certificate of vaccination or a medical note confirming that they have not contracted a contagious disease, despite their travel from that area.
Power of attorney
When the employer submits the visa application on behalf of a foreign national, a signed authorization (power of attorney) is required. It must include the employer’s details (business name, address, tax ID, registration number, full name of the employer’s responsible person, including details about individuals authorized by the employer to submit the application), the foreigner’s details (citizenship, full name, date of birth, ID number), a description of the authority granted (to submit the application, take necessary actions in the procedure, receive notifications, information, decisions), the date of issue, and the handwritten signatures of both the employer (accepting the authorization) and the foreigner (granting it). The authorization does not need notarization and can be submitted as a scanned copy or photo.
Landlord's statement
The applicant must submit a written consent (landlord statement) from the property owner (the owner of the apartment, house, or other residential space, or a member of their household registered at the same address where the foreigner will reside). The document must contain the landlord's details (name, surname, ID card number), proof of ownership or other legal grounds to dispose of the property, and their explicit consent to address registration, specifying the full address (city, street, number, apartment, etc.). It must also include the foreigner's details: citizenship, full name, and passport or ID card number. The document must show the date of the statement and the landlord's handwritten signature. Notarization is not required.
Proof of accommodation
If the foreigner has a concluded apartment lease contract specifying that the residential address will be registered at the address of the leased real estate, a scanned copy of the lease contract should be submitted. If the foreigner intends to stay in a hotel, hostel, or other accommodation facility, a lease contract or other document issued by the accommodation facility confirming the foreigner's stay and specifying the housing unit number must be provided.
*Foreign official documents must be apostilled and legalized in accordance with the regulations of the country whose consular or diplomatic mission they are being submitted to. Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.
