ВНЖ в России по семье после временного проживания

Подходит иностранцам, которые оформляют постоянное проживание в России по семейным обстоятельствам. Если семейное основание не позволяет сразу получить ВНЖ без РВП, сначала необходимо оформить РВП. Обычно заявление на ВНЖ можно подать после одного года проживания по РВП: документы принимают не раньше чем через 8 месяцев после его получения и не позднее чем за 4 месяца до окончания срока действия РВП. Например, супруги граждан России обычно сначала получают РВП без квоты, а затем оформляют ВНЖ.

Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.
