Citizens of Belarus have the right to unlimited visa-free entry to Russia, they are exempted from registration with the competent authorities at their place of stay within 90 days from the date of entry. In case of long stay (for study, work, etc.) they must visit consular registration in the Consular Department of the Embassy in Russia.
