Разрешение на временное проживание (обучение) — what you need to know
Может получить иностранный гражданин, который учится очно по программе бакалавриата, специалитета, магистратуры, ординатуры, ассистентуры-стажировки с государственной аккредитацией или по программе подготовки научных и научно-педагогических кадров в аспирантуре/адъюнктуре в государственной образовательной или научной организации. Заявление подается в подразделение МВД по вопросам миграции в субъекте РФ, где проходит обучение.
