Applicants must provide proof of enrollment, language proficiency certificate if required, financial means, and health insurance. An application can only be submitted by an educational institution. For travelling to the Netherlands is issued MVV visa sticker. To apply for this visa sticker, a residence permit must be approved by the letter from the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND). Some nationalities and EU residents are exempt from MVV visa requirement.
