Issued to nationals of certain African countries in order to enter Morocco from September 25, 2025, to January 25, 2026. This temporary measure has been implemented in connection with the organization of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON). AFCON fans are required to obtain an AEVM by submitting an online application through the YALLA app, functioning both as a Fan ID and a simplified electronic visa. Other travellers need to submit their AEVM request at least 96 hours before departure, via the official portal Access-Maroc.ma.

Validity period
The period during which the visa remains valid and can be used for entry into the country. The validity period or expiration date is indicated directly on the visa itself.
The AEVM is granted with a validity of up to 180 days, starting from the date of issuance.

Length of stay
The maximum duration for which one is permitted to stay in the country continuously from the date of entry.
Throughout its validity period, the AEVM permits a maximum stay of up to 90 days.

Extension of stay
The extension of the maximum duration of stay in the country initially permitted by the visa, subject to approval by the immigration authorities. This is typically processed within the country without the need for departure.
The AEVM cannot be extended.
single-entry
The possibility of entering the country only once during the visa's validity period. After departure from the country with such a visa, re-entry is not possible, even if the visa's validity period has not yet expired.
Number of entries
A parameter specifying the number of times the visa holder can enter the country during its validity period. Visas can be single-entry, multiple-entry, or with a specified number of entries.
The AEVM is issued for a single entry.

Processing time
The period during which the immigration authorities review the application and make a decision regarding the issuance of the visa. Only business days are counted, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The AEVM is generally processed within 3-6 working days from the date of application.

Consular fee
A fee levied for the processing and evaluation of an application. This charge is non-refundable under any circumstances. In certain instances, the payment of supplementary fees may be required.
The AEVM is free of fees.

Passport
Or an equivalent travel document, valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended duration of stay. Copies of the pages showing identity details and validity must be provided.
Photograph
Must be recent (taken within the last 6 months), in color, clear, and sized 35x45mm. The face should occupy 70-80% of the image, printed on high-quality, matte paper with a plain, light background. Hair must not cover the eyes or eyebrows. Headwear is not permitted unless worn for religious or medical reasons, and the full face must remain visible. Glasses are not recommended. If medically necessary, wear clear, non-reflective lenses that do not obstruct the eyes.
Current immigration or residence status
Copies of national identity card, residence permit, or any other document confirming the applicant's legal status in the country of residence.
Travel Authorization application form
An online Travel Authorization application form, duly completed and submitted with all the required documentation.
Yalla application form
For football fans. Applicants must complete and submit the online application form via the YALLA mobile application, ensuring that all required supporting documents are attached.
Match ticket
For football fans. A valid AFCON 2025 match ticket or its official purchase confirmation. The document must be clear, legible, and unaltered for acceptance.
Proof of accommodation
For football fans. A confirmed hotel reservation, or an invitation letter from the host entity, including a formal commitment to accommodate the visitor for the specified duration of their stay.
