This assurance is supported by evidence of proper use of any previously issued visas under the law, sufficient financial means in the country of origin, and a genuine intention to leave Montenegro before the requested visa expires.

The visa may be issued as a collective visa to a group of foreign nationals, with a validity not exceeding 30 days, and it may be affixed to a group passport.
