Issued to eligible foreigners who intend to visit the Kyrgyz Republic for tourism, private, medical or business purposes for up to 90 days for single or multiple entries. Upon a justified request from the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic and/or state enterprises or economic companies with state participation in the authorized capital, the applicant may be issued a Sapar visa (type 'J') valid for up to 6 months.

The validity of a visa is determined on the basis of the purpose of the visit, provided documents and internal regulatory acts of the Kyrgyz Republic. The maximum validity of this visa is 180 days.</p>

Duration of stay
The maximum duration for which one is permitted to stay in the country continuously from the date of entry.
<p>Duration of stay is the length of time during which the applicant has permission to stay in Kyrgyzstan during the period of validity of the visa. The validity of a visa is usually longer than its duration. Also, the duration of the visa and stay may be reduced or cancelled by decision of migration or other state authorities in case of violation of rules or to ensure national security.</p> <p> </p> <p>All foreign citizens must register with the migration authorities within 5 business days of arrival. Photograph
The photo must be 35x45 mm in size with a plain white background, a resolution of at least 600 dpi, the head approximately 34.5 mm in height, the face clearly visible without head coverings (except for religious reasons), and the photo should be recent, taken within the last 6 months.

Payment of visa fee in Kyrgyzstan can be made online using payment systems Visa and MasterCard.

Written application - private visit
Written application of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic with a notarized obligation to provide for a foreign citizen during their stay in the country.
Written application - medical purposes
Written application of a medical institution registered in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, with documents confirming receipt of medical treatment at this institution.
Written application - for 6 months stay
Written application of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic and/or state enterprises, economic societies with a state share in the statutory capital with indication of the degree of participation of the foreign citizen in the projects involved or other reasoned justification (in case of visa application up to 6 months).
