Issued for senior managers, key personnel, or trainees transferred from an overseas branch of a multinational company to its Irish branch for employment in Ireland for more than 90 days. Applicants must first obtain an Employment Permit and meet strict salary thresholds and documentary requirements relating to employment, qualifications, and intra-company transfer arrangements.
