Intended for non-EEA family members accompanying or joining an EEA citizen exercising EU free movement rights in Ireland. A short-stay C visa is normally issued for entry and stay of up to 90 days. Applicants intending to remain longer must apply in Ireland for a Residence Card of a Family Member of a Union Citizen under EU Treaty Rights.
