Allows entry to a person who was previously an Indonesian and has acquired citizenship of another country, who has special talents and will collaborate with the government and who will stay will stay and settle in the territory of Indonesia. Guarantee letter
Proof of guarantee from the Guarantor, which is a central government.
Proof of income
Proof of income, at least US$15,000 per year; or US$1,500 per months.
