Researcher visa — what you need to know
Intended for foreign national who participates in a research project at a research institute in Indonesia. The applicant is allowed to bring eligible members of their family, study, as long as the foreigner obtains multiple residence permit activities. Researcher is prohibited from work, employment, selling goods or services, receiving rewards or wages from individuals or companies in Indonesia. Must comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, respect local customs, culture, and wisdom, have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.
