Issued for Albanian expatriates who have a Greek origin and Greek national conscience and wish to move and stay in Greece. After the entry of the expatriate into Greece and the submission of an application to the police authorities, a single-type residence permit (ADET) and a special identity card of expatriate (EDTO) shall be issued.
