Allows drivers to enter Germany in order to work regularly and obtain a residence permit. It is mandatory to prove possession of a valid EU or EEA driving license of class C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D1E, or DE, as well as evidence of the initial EU or EEA professional qualification.
