IT residence permit for employees — what you need to know
The IT residence permit is issued to an alien immigrant worker employed in the field of information technology and holding the right to work granted by the LEPL – State Employment Support Agency. An application for the IT residence permit must be submitted to the Public Service Development Agency prior to the expiry of the applicant's lawful stay in Georgia. The permit cannot be issued on the basis of a category C ordinary visa.
