Issued to employees of diplomatic missions and equivalent missions accredited in Georgia, consular officials of consular institutions and their family members, as well as to employees of international organizations located in Georgia who have been granted diplomatic status and their family members.

Insurance policy for the entire period of stay, meeting the minimum mandatory or recommended requirements for the country.
Valid permanent resident status or proof thereof; all preliminary procedures for visa application have been completed.
