Issued when the applicant performs higher management functions and has been assigned by the employer to undertake a senior management or expert assessment mission, or when the applicant holds a higher education qualification and has been requested by the employer to participate in a professional training program within a group company or affiliated entity.
Maximum period of stay: 3 years
Minimum salary threshold: at least €2,738.20 gross per month or €39,582 gross per year
For assignments of up to 1 year, a VLS-TS is issued; for assignments over 1 year, a multi-year residence card is issued
The ICT trainee status is limited to 1 year
No standard work permit with a French labor market test is required
Option for family relocation with the right to work
