EU Blue Card — what you need to know
The EU Blue Card is a residence permit that allows highly qualified workers from countries outside the EU and EEA to live and work in the Republic of Cyprus and other EU member states, with the exception of Denmark and Ireland. The minimum gross annual salary required for the issuance of an EU Blue Card in Cyprus is €43,632. For citizens of visa-required countries, a national visa is issued for entry to Cyprus.
