Investor visa — what you need to know
The Cyprus Permanent Residence Program (Golden Visa) offers permanent residency to non-EU citizens who invest a minimum of €300,000 in qualifying real estate or local company shares. Applicants must also demonstrate a secure, annual foreign income of at least €50,000, maintain health insurance, and have a clean criminal record. Paid employment in Cyprus is not allowed.
