Startup visa — what you need to know
The Scheme allows talented entrepreneurs from third countries and outside the European Economic Area (EEA), individuals or a team, to enter, reside and work in Cyprus in order to establish/operate/develop a Startup with a high growth potential. First the Applicant/s must submit an application to the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy in case of aproval a visa from the consulate or embassy of Cyprus abroad or an entry permit from the Civil Registry and Migration Department must be obtained.

*Foreign official documents must be apostilled and legalized in accordance with the regulations of the country whose consular or diplomatic mission they are being submitted to. Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.
