Investor visa — what you need to know
Geared to foreign nationals engaged in essential roles within a company or possessing an ownership stake of at least 51% in that company involved in implementing strategic investment projects in Croatia.
Family members can accompany the applicant, but they are not granted the right to work
Application procedure: obtain a stay and work permit (residence and work permit) → obtain a D visa → enter Croatia → collect the biometric card
Activity is permitted only within the company and the investment project specified in the permit
No separate work permit is required
Long-term residence permit — after 5 years of continuous residence in Croatia
The labour market test and the opinion of the HZZ (Croatian Employment Service) are not required
