For long-term students studying for more than six months in China. The X1 visa is frequently used for bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. students. With the X1 visa, an applicant can stay in China for up to five years, and they are allowed to travel throughout China. The applicant must apply for a residence permit within 30 days of entering the country.
