Intended for those foreigners who wish to visit China for paid professional activity or to give commercial performances in mainland China. In order to apply for this type of visa, an applicant must have a job offer from an employer in China before. The employer is responsible for supplying the required documentation to the Bureau of Labor. Foreign travelers can submit their entry information online before entering China using various official platforms, including the National Immigration Administration (NIA) website via PC or smartphone, the “NIA 12367” mobile app, or the WeChat (Alipay) mini program.
