Digital Nomad visa for management — what you need to know
Issued to a foreign national who is a legal representative, member of the governing body, owner of a company, or a partner or shareholder holding more than 25 percent of the capital of a company established outside a member state of the EU, EEA, or Switzerland. The remote services must be provided through this company using information technology, and the applicant must not perform work and/or provide services for persons within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
