Work visa — what you need to know

The application procedure for a Temporary Work Visa is initiated from Brazil by the Brazilian sponsoring company with the submission of the application and supporting documents to the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (“Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública” – MJ). Once authorization has been granted and subsequently received by the Embassy, the applicant may submit the appropriate documentation for issuance of the visa.
