Humanitarian reception visa — what you need to know
Designed for humanitarian aid, primarily for citizens of countries where there is serious instability, armed conflict, major disaster, environmental disaster, gross violations of human rights or international humanitarian law, as well as stateless persons in those regions. Specific countries and consulates are determined by a separate act. The visa entitles to enter Brazil and then request temporary residence with the Federal Police.
