Artistic or sports activities visa — what you need to know
This visa applies for Performing artists and sportspersons who have a work contract with an organization in Brazil for over 90 days, with no employment relationship. Approval of work contract by the Brazilian Ministry of Justice (Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública) is required. The sponsor, promoter, is responsible for making all necessary arrangements related to the contract in Brazil, prior to the lodging of the visa application.
