Allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia. It is a temporary visa. The applicant must be outside Australia at the time of application for this visa. Getting this visa is the first step towards a permanent Partner visa (subclass 100).

Provide evidence of the end of any previous marriage or de facto relationship, including divorce certificates, death certificates, separation documents or a statutory declaration where applicable.

Criminal record certificate
Confirming no criminal record in the applicant’s home or residence country.
