Adoption visa — what you need to know
This visa allows children adopted outside Australia to live in Australia with their adoptive parents. The children may already have been adopted or may be in the process of being adopted by their adoptive parent. They must be under 18 years of age at the time of adoption, at the time of application, and at the time a decision is made on the application.
