Temporary protection visa — what you need to know
For people who arrived in Australia without a visa, and who are in Australia and have been granted protection from persecution, but were not resettled through the UNHCR. It lets the applicants stay in Australia temporarily if the applicant engages Australia's protection obligations and meets all other requirements for the grant of the visa.
