This visa allows eligible Hong Kong or British National (Overseas) passport holders who have demonstrated commitment to Australia to live and work there permanently. Applicants must have usually resided in Australia for a continuous period of at least 4 years immediately before applying, meaning they have physically lived there and intended Australia to be their place of residence.
