Training visa — what you need to know
Designed for travel Australia to complete a workplace-based training (to improve the skills for the current occupation, area of tertiary study or field of expertise), or a professional development training program. Before applying the employer must be approved as a temporary activities sponsor and have an approved Training visa nomination. The visa application can only be submitted after both requirements are approved.
