A long-term visa issued to foreign nationals intending to reside in Taiwan for more than 180 days. Covers a wide range of purposes including work, investment, entrepreneurship, family reunion, and study. Holders must apply for an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) at the nearest NIA service centre.
