It is a Multiple-Entry Visa (MEV) facility designed for business visitors and foreign investors to simplify their business activities in Malaysia, especially for those who have made investment commitments through recognized investment agencies or relevant authorities. Holders of the Investor Pass are allowed to enter Malaysia for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extending their stay for an additional 6 months, subject to meeting the necessary justifications and requirements. All decisions are issued electronically via Xpats Gateway, allowing for more efficient processing by partner agencies and well-time approvals. An application for a Visa with Reference can be made upon receiving the pass approval from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. All travelers need to complete and submit MDAC within 3 days before arrival.
