Description of the visa, its purpose, conditions, peculiarities of issuance, and guidelines for utilization.
For foreign nationals who wish to study for more than 3 months in Malaysian educational institutions including public and private schools, universities, colleges and language centers. Before an applicant can apply for this visa, the institution must apply for a student pass to Malaysian immigration authorities through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) or directly. After approval, it is possible to apply for a visa (visa with reference). All travelers need to complete and submit MDAC within 3 days before arrival.
Validity period
The period during which the visa remains valid and can be used for entry into the country. The validity period or expiration date is indicated directly on the visa itself.

A fee levied for the processing and evaluation of an application. This charge is non-refundable under any circumstances. In certain instances, the payment of supplementary fees may be required.
