Required if the applicant is from a country whose nationals need a visa to enter Malaysia, and they will transit for more than 24 hours and/or they have to pass through immigration to board another flight/get the luggage, or applicant has to switch between terminals, and they are transiting in an airport other than Kuala Lumpur International Airport. All travelers need to complete and submit MDAC within 3 days before arrival.
