Number of entries
A parameter specifying the number of times the visa holder can enter the country during its validity period. Visas can be single-entry, multiple-entry, or with a specified number of entries.

Completed online, printed and signed by the applicant. The printed form must display a barcode.

Return ticket

Work permit
Work permit or approval letter issued by the Ministry of Labor, Taiwan, applied for by the Taiwanese organiser or employer. Must be valid at the time of application.
Contract or invitation from Taiwanese organiser
Signed contract or official invitation from the Taiwanese event organiser or employer, specifying the nature of the performance, dates, venue, and remuneration.

To cover any unforeseen medical treatment might need in Taiwan.
Documents for minor children
Birth certificate, adoption certificate, or guardianship certificate evidencing parental or guardianship rights. Certified power of attorney or written permission from parents or legal guardians for minors travelling abroad.

Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.
