The application for electronic entry permit must be submitted through the Pakistan Online Visa System or PAK-ID mobile app at least 48-72 hours prior to arrival. Issuance of visa is the prerogative of the Government of Pakistan, exercised through designated authorities. Applicants must plan travel only upon receipt of an entry permit. Entry/Exit is not allowed through Chamman and Torkham land routes.
