Description of the visa, its purpose, conditions, peculiarities of issuance, and guidelines for utilization.
Permits visitors to enter Morocco for tourism purposes, allowing a stay of up to 30 days within a 180-day period. This visa covers activities such as sightseeing, leisure, recreation, and visiting friends or family.

Validity period
The period during which the visa remains valid and can be used for entry into the country. The validity period or expiration date is indicated directly on the visa itself.
The E-visa is issued for a maximum of 180 days, starting from the date of issuance.

Length of stay
The maximum duration for which one is permitted to stay in the country continuously from the date of entry.
During its validity period, the E-visa allows for a maximum stay of 30 days.

Extension of stay
The extension of the maximum duration of stay in the country initially permitted by the visa, subject to approval by the immigration authorities. This is typically processed within the country without the need for departure.
The E-visa cannot be extended. Applicants wishing to remain in Morocco beyond the authorized period must either exit the country and submit a new application or consult the local immigration authorities to explore available options.
single-entry
The possibility of entering the country only once during the visa's validity period. After departure from the country with such a visa, re-entry is not possible, even if the visa's validity period has not yet expired.
Number of entries
A parameter specifying the number of times the visa holder can enter the country during its validity period. Visas can be single-entry, multiple-entry, or with a specified number of entries.
The E-visa is issued for a single entry.

Processing time
The period during which the immigration authorities review the application and make a decision regarding the issuance of the visa. Only business days are counted, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Decisions on visa applications are typically made within 1 working day under the express processing option, and within up to 3 working days for standard processing, depending on the level of urgency selected by the applicant.

Consular fee
A fee levied for the processing and evaluation of an application. This charge is non-refundable under any circumstances. In certain instances, the payment of supplementary fees may be required.
Fees may be waived or vary depending on the applicant's nationality, specific purpose of the visit and the selected processing timeframe. Consular fee is the official charge for processing a visa application by an embassy or consulate of the country and does not include any additional payments that may be required depending on the place and method of submission, such as visa center fees, the cost of permits or other documents, postal or courier delivery, and others.

The essential minimum documents required for a visa application, such as a passport or visa application form. These are necessary regardless of the location, method, or conditions of the application.
Passport
Photocopies of the main passport pages indicating the bearer’s identity and the passport's expiration date. The passport should remain valid for a minimum of 6 months following the intended stay. Original document must be presented upon arrival in the country.
Photograph
Must be recent (taken within the last 6 months), in color, clear, and sized 35x45mm. The face should occupy 70-80% of the image, printed on high-quality, matte paper with a plain, light background. Hair must not cover the eyes or eyebrows. Headwear is not permitted unless worn for religious or medical reasons, and the full face must remain visible. Glasses are not recommended. If medically necessary, wear clear, non-reflective lenses that do not obstruct the eyes.
Visa application form
An online E-visa application form, duly completed and submitted with all the necessary documentation.
Travel health insurance
Valid for the full duration of stay in Morocco, covering at least €30,000, and include emergency medical care, hospitalization, medical evacuation and repatriation, including in case of death (photocopy).
Documents that specify, substantiate, and confirm the purpose of the visit, as well as provide necessary information about the applicant and their future activities in the country.
Proof of financial means
Recent bank statement, or any other proof demonstrating that the applicant has sufficient financial means to support their stay in Morocco and for return expenses. The applicant is required to possess an international bank card or, alternatively, an amount exceeding 70 euros in cash per person for each day of the intended stay in Morocco.
Flight itinerary
Round-trip flight ticket with confirmed reservation.
Proof of accommodation
A confirmed hotel reservation, or an invitation letter from the host entity, including a formal commitment to accommodate the visitor for the specified duration of their stay.
Official request
A written request from an accredited travel agency, or a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism or the Regional Delegation of the Moroccan National Tourist Office.
Covering letter
If applicable. Personal letter with travel plan. If the applicant is submitting the applications of his/her family, then all applications must include a copy of the covering letter.
Documents required vary depending on individual circumstances, specific visa conditions, the place, and the method of application.
Current immigration or residence status
Foreign nationals residing legally in E-visa-eligible countries must provide colour copies of both sides of a residence card or permit valid for at least 180 days on the date of filling in of the E-visa application, or a visa from an eligible country valid for at least 90 days. The original national identity card, residence permit, or any other official document verifying the applicant’s legal status in their country of residence must be presented upon entry into the country.
*Foreign official documents must be apostilled and legalized in accordance with the regulations of the country whose consular or diplomatic mission they are being submitted to. Additionally, they must be accompanied by a certified translation into the official language of that country or into English, unless otherwise specified by the mission's requirements.

Valid permanent resident status or proof thereof; all preliminary procedures for visa application have been completed.
